Delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Metro addresses typically receive orders in 2 to 3 working days; other addresses generally take 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is charged at checkout based on your address. Complimentary delivery applies to qualifying order values, which are shown in the announcement bar when a promotion is running.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking link. You can follow fulfilment at any time from the Track Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout. No account is required.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and addresses. Where it is unavailable, the option is hidden at checkout rather than failing after you place the order.
