How can I track my order?
Use your order number and the email address you checked out with on the Track Order page. You do not need an account, and the page shows fulfilment status without exposing personal details.
Which regions can I shop from?
The region selector sets your pricing market and currency. Prices, available payment methods and delivery options update to match the selected market.
Can I return a lip product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Opened lip products are excluded for hygiene reasons unless faulty. See Returns for the full policy.
How do VittoriaX Circle points work?
Points accrue on completed orders and move you through Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Your balance, tier and progress to the next tier are shown in your account.
Is Lip Match an AI service?
No. Lip Match filters the catalogue by the tone and finish preferences you select. It does not analyse a face, skin or photograph, and it does not use your camera.
How are influencer commissions paid?
Applications are reviewed manually. Approved partners receive a referral code and link; eligible orders move through pending, approved and paid states, and payouts are made on the schedule set out in the programme terms.
